Do You Need A Massage? Take The Stress Test Now

stress test

Ok, I know this really doesn’t have anything to do with massage chairs. I just found this online stress test and thought it would be interesting to readers of this website.

After all, if you find yourself wanting a massage chair, I’m sure it’s because you have some level of stress in your life that you need relief from. While I really don’t know the accuracy of this test, I’m pretty sure it will give you a vague idea of where you stand.

First, let me give you some background information about this stress test:

Dr. Thomas H. Holmes and Dr. Richard H. Rahe in 1967 study created a stress test. They examined the stress – measured in Life Changes Units (LCU). By adding the LCUs values of the past year, they concluded that you can predict the likelihood of stress related illness or accidents.
